Back in the 1940s during the Holocaust the Nazis created a generation of people with paranormal abilities. It would prove to be hereditary and it's unknown as to how many people were experimented on. After the war ended these 'abnormal' people were sought by the world's governments and eventually new agencies were born known as 'Divisions'. These Divisions experimented upon and cataloged these individuals.
Fast forward to present day. The year is 2143, and as of now the only remaining Division is the one run by the U.S. government. Even by itself it's quite a feat to deal with. Their purpose is to continue locating these psychic individuals (nicknamed 'paranormals') and work with deadly augmentation drugs to create more. The Division contains it's own work force of paranormals and they're using it to their advantage. They keep everything to deal with them as classified information from the general public, but it's difficult when you have the said psychics living amongst them.

Now welcome to Lorburn. A large crowded city in the centermost of the new America. Not many other countries exist. With the constant growing of supernatural individuals, the world is dwindling. The government hides it as nuclear war attacks but some people are questioning that. Everyone just wants to live in peace, and so this fifty year construction of an area anyone can call home was contrived. This is Lorburn. But little do they know it's home to others too....the ones that are so sought after. But they too want a peaceful life, while some others only mean to cause destruction. Are you on the run from the government? Or are you against them? Maybe you only want what we all desire, a peaceful life of no worries. Anything can happen here, is this the beginning of the end?

This plot is loosely based off the 2009 science fiction thriller film 'Push' and contains a unique catalogue of psychic individuals. Here are two examples:
MOVER;; Movers have telekinesis; they are able to move objects, including living organisms, without touching them. Sufficiently skilled movers can apply this force as powerful blows capable of shattering concrete, and produce shields that can diffuse damage and even deflect bullets.
PUSHER;; Pushers can "push" specific thoughts, memories, and emotions into their targets. This technique can be used to gain a subject's trust or to make them perform any action, even suicide, without question. Skilled pushers can implant complex histories into a subject, convincing them that an ally murdered a loved one, or that they are actually an ally themselves.
